Bankers Advocate is a Boutique Sales, Mergers, and Acquisitions firm serving companies with enterprise values of $5-25 million dollars.
We design and execute successful Exit Strategies for Entrepreneurs. The Exit could be via the financial or strategic buyer we research, target, and consummate. Or it could be through a controlled liquidity event/transfer to your key employees or next generation that we design, manage, arrange financing, and execute the business sale.
We also have a very active Targeted Business Search Program, in which our Individual, Corporate, and Private Equity Clients entrust us with finding them the right companies to purchase in the “hidden market.”
A note from our founder, Chris Curtin
“Before founding Bankers Advocate, I owned a manufacturing plant and subsequently founded an Asset Based Lender BusinessCash.com, a commercial finance company specializing in Factoring, Trade Financing, and Letters of Credit.
The experiences I derived while working in my family’s business and then going on to own these companies are critical components in my ability to understand your business and the problems that confront you daily. The only way to truly understand business mechanics is to be involved in the day-to-day operations.
My experiences in sales, marketing, manufacturing, cost containment, lending, credit, collections, and cash flow allow me to add meaningful value and insight to any engagement. Before Bankers Advocate, I was frustrated that I could only help entrepreneurs in one area of their business. My consulting with Bankers Advocate has afforded me the outlet I most enjoy: solving problems, creating greater value, and assisting business owners in achieving their goals and final success.”
